After graduating from Gonzaga University with a degree in economics, Brian cut his teeth in commercial real estate. With over 25-years in the business, he is experienced buying, selling and owning all property types, including office, retail, land and apartments. “As an owner of these investment types, I offer clients a strategic investment perspective and a deeper level of knowledge of all aspects of a transaction including: sophisticated financial analysis, hands-on property management, commercial leasing, primary market knowledge, and construction and renovation.” Brian’s depth and breadth of knowledge helps his clients minimize financial missteps while maximizing their opportunities.
