He was honest about what to expect navigating the current housing market, and because of his recommendations and hard work we sold our home in 3 days over the asking price. We are very fortunate to be able to work Brian Biscoff for the second time. My husband and I were ready to sell our home and find our forever home. Brian was amazing when it came to buying our first home. He was incredibly honest with us and laid everything out, the good and the bad with every home we saw. He answered all our questions (which at times was many).

He is very knowledgeable, experienced and truly cared about finding us our new home that suited our specific needs.

Brian was absolutely incredible! We had no idea what we were doing and he educated us along the way, all while getting us in touch with other companies we’d need to buy and close on our home (loan officer, attorney, inspectors etc.). EVERY.SINGLE.DAY we’d receive an email from him showing us properties that we may be interested in and that kept us so up to date with all the houses available on the market and kept us from aimlessly scrolling on realtor websites. He was also incredible quick with response times and never left us waiting for an answer or a solution. Buying a house in this market is a difficult thing to do but Brian made it happen. Even after closing he has checked in to make sure we have everything we needed and had all of our questions answered. I know as long as he’s available I’ll be using him to buy or sell my home!!

Brian was hands down a top level realtor. Whatever we needed and whenever we needed it he was quick with a text or a phone call. Was very patient with us, super honest, and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers I believe we lucked out with him, highly recommended for first time home buyers that have no clue what they are doing. He will get you there as quickly or as slowly as you please. It was all about us and that's what we loved!

As first time homebuyers my husband and I knew very little about purchasing our first home. Brian was extremely helpful with all of our questions and never made any question we had feel like a “stupid” question, which we appreciated very much. (Because we had a lot of questions!) Every showing we had Brian was knowledgeable about not only the specs of a house but mechanical work and things that would potentially be costly in a house. Brian also had quick response times and always kept us up to date on what was going, with so many parties involved in buying a house having Brian on our side who was always on top of things made this process extremely smooth for us. My husband and I are lucky to have found him and are very happy in our new home!

Brian helped us purchase our home. He was very professional and highly educated on the whole process. He was able to answer all our questions and calm any fears that we had.
