First time homebuyer and Brian went above and beyond to put me in the perfect home. When the one hit the market he worked night and day over the weekend to make it happen. Brian's character and patience make him the perfect realtor to handle the incessant questions and indecision of a first time homebuyer like myself. I have been recommending him to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home. Brian is an exceptional realtor, a great guy and an alright disc golfer.

Brian is an amazing realtor! We began house hunting in May of 2020. We worked with two other realtors before meeting Brian. The other realtors didn’t show us any houses that felt like something we could call home. They also tried to push us out of our price point.

Brian was the total opposite. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. I picked out 20+ houses and he took the time to show us all of them. 2 of the ones I picked, one had foundation issues and the other was in a flood zone that floods often. Before we even got out of the car, he was honest with us and I could tell we weren’t just another sale. He truly wanted us to be in a home we loved.

We began working with him in Nov, and closed on our dream house in December. We are grateful for his services, advice, and the time he took with us. I will recommend him without a doubt to anyone moving to the Myrtle Beach area!
