Brian was recommended to me to help navigate my relocation back to Philadelphia after being gone multiple decades. I had some very specific requirements and not much current knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods and limited time to be in town to look. Brian planed a comprehensive day of visits after much online feedback between us about what I liked and what I did not. I felt understood, respected, and valued. He made himself available through my myriad questions and went above and beyond to make the logistics of the move work smoothly all the way through move in. Highly recommend him both for his knowledge, work ethic , and in general being a nice person to deal with during the whole process.

I've known Brian for several years as we have mutual friends who have bought a house with him as their agent and spoke of their own experiences very highly. When it came time to purchase my first house I immediately knew I had to contact Brian. Bottom line is that from start to finish he was fantastic to work with! Brian is an expert with the Philadelphia area. His knowledge and guidance showing us houses in no fewer than 6 different sections of the city made our search much, much easier. And once we had an offer accepted Brian continued to be available to answer our questions and put us in touch with trusted, capable other people (from the mortgage company to local contractors). If you're looking for a recommended realtor in Philly then without a doubt Brian is your man.
