Brian is native to Virginia and brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial development throughout Central and Eastern North America, nearly 20 years of asset resolution and liquidations through the auction arena and general commercial real estate practices. Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is a huge asset in assisting investors on all levels with acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis and management, and development analysis. He is active in local economic development, member of the local steering committee, as well as assists in multiple local charities. Assets handled include but are not limited to shopping centers, big box stores, and industrial/manufacturing facilities as well as large land and timber tracts.
