After attending College at Central Michigan University I decided to move to Charlotte, NC in 2001 where I had the opportunity to align myself with one of the most reputable real estate firms and developers in the area. I began working closely with them during several different condo conversion projects in "Uptown Charlotte" where I learned how market trends affect the pricing of both residential and commercial properties. By surrounding myself with the best in the industry, it taught me more than any class or certification could. Hands on, in the field training, is priceless in the real estate industry. In 2005, After many vacations to Florida I decided to make the sunshine state my home where I have continued my passion to offer the best real estate services available. In the last 15 years I have developed many strategies from negotiations to social media.
