Brian Chica

Brian Chica joined the Giraldo Real Estate in March of 2022. He was born in Bogota, Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English. Brian has always had a passion for business. In 2015 he began his career as a Private Investigator working with many major law firms in Philadelphia and the tri-state area, and eventually began his own investigation company in 2018. In 2020 he began working for a big hard money lending firm in downtown Philadelphia, where he grew a passion for the real estate industry. After getting married and starting a family, Brian decided to pursue a career in real estate. He has always had an entrepreneurial mindset and hopes to begin investing in his own properties to fix and flip as well.

Aside from real estate and PI work Brian loves to play soccer, work out, and travel. He is a very family-oriented man and loves spending time with his wife and children outdoors as much as possible. Through having multiple careers and a family, he has learned to become an excellent multitasker and works well under pressure.

Brian is excited to join Giraldo Real Estate Group and is eager to learn and expand in this business.
