Brian Chirichiello

Brian has lived in NH most of his life. He currently resides in Derry with his wife Patricia and their two daughters, Karissa & Amy. When not practicing real estate or serving his community, you'll find him hiking the beautiful White Mountains.

Brian has been a REALTOR® for over 17 years. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTOR®s, NHCIBOR and the Granite State South Board of REALTOR®s. Throughout his real estate tenure, he has received many awards. Most recently he received the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Award and the Achiever of the Year award. Currently, in addition to being a full-time REALTOR®, Brian is serving as a 5-term NH State Representative from the Town of Derry and is on the Transportation Committee. He is also a 5-term Derry Town Councilor and serves on the Planning Board.

It is his experience with the Planning Board that makes Brian particularly adept at identifying a property’s future potential, including opportunities for sub-division or benefits/drawbacks to the zoning of a property. Currently, he is focusing his attention on investment opportunities in previously-identified economically-distressed communities in the area, which is a relatively new concentration.
