Brian guided us in selling 3 properties in a short amount of time with better than expected results. We would recommend him any time. He goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you, Brian!

Brian was an excellent resource to us in locating and purchasing our home. After assessing our needs and considering the best strategy for finding a property that would allow my elderly mother to live comfortably, he worked with us to finalize the sale. What made our purchase tricky, however, was that the seller and the seller's agent didn't act in good faith to close the deal on time. Brian was quick to act, documents all his work in the event of a legal need, and is personable and warm (even when we were demanding as his clients- and, given that we were purchasing the home on behalf of my mom and not for ourselves, we had a lot of cajoling and expectations to manage). Brian was patient, a good thought partner, but most importantly a good advocate on our behalf to ensure that, even with significant and costly delays, the deal closed only 10 days late.
