Brian is great to work with and our transaction was quick and smooth. He found the exact type of investment property we had described to fit our current and future needs.

He met personally with all of the vendors. Plus he helped us put together a great team of professionals to help close a 30 day escrow with a 1031. We actually closed early!

Brian was always responsive no matter what time we called with a request . My experience was that he was highly professional, knows his industry, and supports his client. So many agents I have worked with in the past seemed to forget we hired them. Brian was very helpful with the sellers and their agent but maintained his obligations to us.
