Brian Dee

Hello, my name is Brian Dee, and I am a local realtor with Century 21 Beggins covering the Tampa Bay area. Having been an avid boater for most of my life, my wife and I decided to relocate to Tampa Bay well over a decade ago when I was looking for an ideal place to work and play in a great waterfront community.
We originally relocated here from New York, having taken early retirement and looking forward to play on the Bay. We had a great time while investments and real estate appreciated through the first several years here. We, like most others, were affected by the turndown in the stock market, and I decided it might be a good idea to get back to work. Real estate presented me with the opportunity to work as hard as I wanted and earn an excellent living, even coming out of retirement, and in an industry that had always held my interest. After getting my license I was even more certain that real estate was the right choice. Century 21 Beggins was a perfect fit for me, and I welcomed the opportunity to combine my prior business management and sales experience with my new profession.
My real estate focus has been primarily in the southern Hillsborough County suburbs, the waterfront, and the retirement communities available in the area. I welcome the opportunity to work with those seeking to make changes in their lives, selling and buying real estate here, because that is exactly what my wife and I did.
