Looking to buy a home from out of the area can be challenging. For us, thanks to Brian Doherty, it was not! Brian’s understanding of the Scottsdale real estate market is tremendous. His feedback on pricing, market trends, and local knowledge has helped to make smart decisions on the homes we’ve looked at. Brian also has knowledge of homes not yet listed for sale, an advantage in this vert competitve market. While we prefer to visit the homes we are considering, Brian has offered to show homes using FaceTime, a feature of great value to people out of the area - this can be a significant time saver to get beyond the photos. While we have yet to find the “perfect place,” we are confident that with Brian’s input and advice we will be successful! We would strongly recommend Brian to anyone seeking to buy a home in the Scottsdale area.

I met Brian at an open house he was hosting in January of 2019. I had spoken to other agents before talking to him that day and he impressed me right away with his knowledge of the house he was showing and even more so about his knowledge of the real estate market in general. I decided to take his card and told him what type of house my wife were looking for and he started sending me listings to me in Wisconsin.

He kept updating me on new houses on the market and how he felt Covid would affect it. He was very quick to respond to questions and he provided great insight and detail when needed.

He spent a great deal of time with my wife and I looking at about 20 different houses and was a great source of information. Right now we have an accepted offer on a house we love and he is guiding us through the maze of paperwork, inspections and keeping us up to date about any changes while we are in Wisconsin. I feel very comfortable with him handling a closing in Arizona while we spend time in the frozen tundra! I enjoyed our time looking at houses and I would highly recommend Brian for anyone looking for a house in the Phoenix area!

We stumbled across Brian while going to open houses. What a lucky find! Right away we were incredibly impressed with Brian's knowledge of the area (we're from out of state), the market and the trends. We decided to search for real and use Brian as our agent. I can not impress upon you enough the level of professionalism that Brian possesses.

We ended up touring several homes with him that weekend and sat down and talked numbers on a particular property. We had him work with the listing agent while we made the trip back to Colorado. Once we got home, we received word that we were getting a foster placement. We had to delay the home search. We kept in contact with Brian over the months and he continued to keep us updated on the market and available homes that he thought we would like. We came out to the Scottsdale area again intent on seeing "the perfect home". That was the week that COVID hit and we were not allowed to actually see it and back home we went.

Brian continued to send information. By information, I mean information that you only get by doing a deep dive. This gentleman knows his stuff. Even though the timing didn't work out for us, I wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else for an agent to represent us. Brian is methodical, diligent, knows how to drive the negotiation for the best price, and has excellent communication. If you're looking for someone who is REALLY good at what they do, look no farther!
