As the retired Principal of Cape Henlopen High School, Lewes DE (2010-2017: National Blue Ribbon High School 2015), Brian is deeply rooted in the local community and state of Delaware. His 33 years of experience as a successful Delaware teacher, coach, and principal have provided him with a unique set of communication, negotiation, and customer service skills that he will passionately utilize when helping you achieve your real estate goals and dreams.

Brian lives in Rehoboth with his wife Susan who is the principal of Rehoboth Elementary School. In addition, Brian has family members who live throughout Sussex County and Delmarva including the towns of Rehoboth, Milton, Millsboro, Bethany, Angola, and Chincoteague Island VA. Brian’s interest includes community service, education, coaching, sports, physical fitness activities, historical towns and landmarks, and real estate.

Brian has lived in the communities of Lewes, Rehoboth, and Millsboro over the past 26 years and in the New Castle/Wilmington area for the previous 30 years. He has developed an extensive knowledge of these communities, developments, and school districts. Having bought and sold numerous homes in Sussex and New Castle Counties, Brian understands the excitement and joy that comes with working with a caring and prepared Realtor.
