This is the second home we’ve been a part of purchasing with Fisk Real Estate and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of personal service we had in ensuring we got into the literal home of our dreams.

Janeen went so far above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to lift a finger to get to the closing table, which was a huge relief for us, as we lived in North Carolina and knowing everything was ready and in perfect order when we arrived in Pennsylvania was more than we could have asked for.

My parents were looking to sell their home after 25 years. Friends recommended Fisk Reality and we are so pleased they did. The experience was so smooth and easy with Brian. Selling the family home is an emotional experience and Brian walked my parents through every step, keeping them informed of what was happening and what to expect next. He answered every question quickly and with "language" they could understand, even taking time to explain the why of things. Brian worked days, nights, and weekends including when he was so sick he could hardly speak.

Even the other professionals Fisk Reality works with were wonderful including the photographer and closing company. We interviewed three other realtors before making our choice to have Brian and Janeen list our family cabin. Our decision was based on their interest in the home (took time to see the house, what stood out and commented), their knowledge of the area, personality, laid back (no pressure) and we felt like we were a part of their family. Brian was our main POC, but Janeen was right there to help if needed. They always answered calls on the first ring, responded to text messages and emails promptly. Their quality of service was outstanding. We live out of state and left something at the property, so I asked Brian when he was in the area to remove the signage if he could grab what we left and take it over to the neighbor; he did not hesitate to say yes. If we lived in the area, we would definitely use them again for selling or buying. Thank you Fisk Team and cheers to many more years in the real estate business!

I recently sold my home through Fisk. Working with Janeen and Brian was a wonderful experience and I would fully recommend anyone to use them when buying or selling a home.

When beginning to work with me on selling my house, they visited the property, gave me a detailed explanation of their proposed price range to list, what I should do to get the house ready to show and what to expect. Prior to listing the house, Brian came through and took beautiful pictures of the house, really setting it apart online. They even did a postcard mailing to further generate interest. My home sold in 22 days.

Working with Janeen in finding our next home has been an equally wonderful experience. She goes above and beyond when showing properties, giving her honest feedback, really rolling up her sleeves (literally...picking up old carpet and wood in a cellar to see what is underneath, climbing up through spiderwebs into an attic to see what's there), I have not witnessed that in any other real estate agent that I have ever worked with.

I will continue to use Brian and Janeen for all my real estate transactions.
