Brian was amazing to work with. We called him on Friday… met on Saturday… and he was at an open house for a property we were interested on Sunday. He helped us navigate the purchase from start to finish. I cannot say more about how helpful he was all the way through closing of the property.

Working with Brian was one of the best decision I made once I decided it was time to put my property on the Market.
From the time we first sat down to discuss on how to move forward to the final closing Brian made the process easy to understand with lots of clarity.
Selling and buying is not only emotional but at times stressful, and having Brian by my side and his ability to be open and honest about the process kept me grounded 99 percent of time.
Brian marketing skills, his use of the camera and video camera was more then anything I could ever expect and in fact his skills had my Condo sold in a day of a showing.
Brian ability to negotiate a Purchase and Sales agreement that met my needs because of such a quick offer, he actually put me in a extremely positive position.
I would without any doubt give Brian my recommendation to my friends and family.

I worked with Brian after meeting him at an open house. I liked him instantly and over time found him to be friendly and very easy to work with. He had just the right search tools to refine the search and he was extremely responsive but not at all pushy or overbearing. I highly recommend him as a knowledgeable expert who can help you find what you need but not push you into buying unless it is right for you. I plan to use his services in the future and can recommend him to my friends without hesitation.

Wow, Brian is the real deal. 100% dependable, professional, personable, and an all around great guy. He made a potentially stressful process incredibly smooth and fun. When we couldn't tour homes in person, Brian went the extra mile and toured for us. He sent us detailed walk-through videos, scheduled phone calls and virtual meetings with us. He was honest and enthusiastic and helped us find the perfect home for us. I can't recommend Brian enough!

Brian was my broker during most of my hunting for an apartment rental in the greater Boston area. Brian was responsive, patient, professional, and highly personable throughout our communication. Since I was looking from out-of-state, Brian coordinated several viewings over FaceTime, communicated transparently, and noted issues honestly-like one place had a pane of glass missing from the window that was definitely not noticeable from the online listing images. I’d also like to note Brian was the opposite of some pushy and straight up rude brokers I had interacted with before I found him. Considering I didn’t have the luxury of being local, it was nice to find a broker I could trust from a distance while I found a suitable place to live.

Brian is amazing! A very handy man himself, he was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the homes we visited, and able to point out helpful things we never would have noticed. He set up showings, and prepared smart offers very quickly. His financial team is incredible and seemed to work around the clock to help us close. Brian continues to support us with home improvement advice and referrals. Always friendly and with good humor, Brian patiently walked us through the entire home buying process, and we learned a great deal. He seems to truly loves his job and care about helping people improve their living situation.

Brian is truly wonderful to work with. For my condo process, he was incredibly responsive, professional, flexible, and patient. In addition to months of email exchanges, we spent several weekends together searching for just the right apartment. He would put together a well thought out itinerary complete with lunch breaks :) and was kind enough also to include my girlfriend, my parents, and my roommate throughout the entire process, which I understand is certainly above and beyond what the typical realtor does.

Additionally, Brian is extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in an apartment, how to evaluate construction and appliance quality, and navigating potential red flags to avoid.

I ended up with a perfect condo, and throughout the entire process Brian was right by my side guiding me through everything up through the final signatures and move. Thanks Brian!!

If you are reading this and looking for someone to help you along the way to become a property owner. Trust me, Brian IS the best that you can get.

As a first time home buyer and an immigrant, I have no one that I can turn to or ask question except all mighty google. Brain not only guided me through all the pitfalls along the way, explained the pros and cones and the true value of each house that we saw together without holding back, made excellent strategy so my offer could stand out. He also has the best connections like lawyer, mortgage, inspectors, so I don't need to worry anything along the closing process.
