My husband and I recently purchased our first home...a bank owned foreclosure. Brian was the best advocate and representative for us throughout the entire process, which was sometimes painful and often frustrating. Always responsive (calls, texts, and emails) to our requests and questions. During the negotiations we felt as though he had our best interest at heart and that he had absolutely no problem going to bat for us. 1000% recommended! He's great and has a great teammate in his wife Shelly who was there along the way to help us out as well. Brian even held our daughter during closing! Seriously, what else could you ask for in a great agent?!

He is ultra responsive to any request and will take the time to show as many homes as you want. Geography is no barrier as he will drive up and down the Eastern Shore to show any house you like. You can call him at anytime and he always responds. He is a great negotiator and nailed us a great deal with great terms. The best thing about Brian is he is not only very knowledgeable but also trustworthy...a character trait that is hard to find these days. He knows the Shore like the back of his hand and knows everyone in the area. He can find out anything you need to know about any property. It would be a mistake not to go with Brian for any of your real estate needs.

I expected the house buying process to be tricky and somewhat stressful, but because of Brian's expertise and hard work it was straightforward and enjoyable. Very early in the process it was clear that Brian's focus was to help me find my perfect house and he did just that by giving timely advice that made decision making easy. He responded to all calls, texts and emails quickly from early morning to evening. He answered every question I had and assisted greatly with a problematic loan and delayed settlement process. Even after the purchase Brian's commitment remained as he helped with moving in, lending his box truck in the process!

We had been looking for a second home for well over a year with as many as 4 other realtors, but the Gearhart team was the first to ever respond after our first showing just to say it was a pleasure to work with us. They were ready to answer any questions we may have. They tirelessly sent us listings to preview before we made the 2 hour trip to see them so we could be informed about what was available. Beginning with our first visit to the home, each phone call and email was answered thoroughly and with an I'm on it! attitude. When we scheduled our settlement in a Washington DC office, both Brian and Lisa were there, much to the surprise of the settlement attorney. He said that was a first for him. If that amazing service weren't enough, both Brian and Lisa have been personable in uncommon ways. Lisa met us at Lowes on a freezing cold Saturday in January to bring us an extra set of keys, and later dropped off a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our new home. And here's the icing on the cake...Brian knew that our daughter, a recent college graduate, was looking for work and remembered her qualifications three months later when a friend of his in DC was looking for a twenty-something assistant.
