Brian Getman

Brian is a seasoned Realtor and principal broker at (w)here real estate with nearly two decades of experience in real estate. Having started his career as a mortgage broker, Brian has gained an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. A residential property investor himself, Brian knows firsthand the power of real estate to generate wealth. A home is the one of the largest investments most people will ever make, and Brian strives to ensure that his clients are well-educated and informed throughout the sales process in order to limit any potential downside. Since becoming licensed to sell real estate in 2004, he has had the pleasure of working with clients at all stages of their real estate journeys—from first-time homebuyers to repeat clients who come back to Brian for help growing their investment portfolios. The lasting relationships he has forged are his career’s greatest joys—Brian loves to see his clients achieve their dreams.

Brian has a degree from the University of Arizona in Management Information Systems which has enabled him to seamlessly integrate the latest technology into his real estate practice. When he is not hard at work you can find him spending time with his beloved wife and two young children enjoying everything that makes Oregon great, from new restaurants to fly-fishing, hiking and playing golf.
