Brian Gilbert was referred to us by our relocation company. We were blindly moving from RI to Ohio in a fairly short span of time for my husband's job with 2 kids. Brian proved to be a trustworthy, invaluable source to us during this whole process from start to finish. He did video walk throughs with us if we couldn't fly back to Ohio in order to not miss out on an opportunity. He remained impartial and truthful about aspects of things we may not have seen through the video. He was not one who was just in it to make a sale. He clearly kept our family's best interest at hand every moment. When things were going wrong Brian advocated for us in every way possible. To be able to place such an incredible amount of trust in a stranger (at the time) speaks volumes about his character as a person and professional as well as his knowledge in his field. Despite a loss of a close family member brian still remained in close contact and even stated "I need to take care of my clients still no matter what" I give the highest recommendation of Brian Gilbert and his real estate services that is possible!

As first time home buyers, Brian Gilbert was very informative and easy to work with for finding our new house. Communication and availability were excellent, and made our process as easy as possible especially during a difficult housing market. We worked with Rick Kukucka as well who was very knowledgeable and informative during home tours, and identifying our home priorities. Brian and I did most of our work before we met in person. I told him he is "unflappable," which helped with my anxiety house hunting from out of state. Local family members took up the slack. Brian accommodated to their various schedules. In the end, we got it done! I'm so pleased! I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Brian was recommended by a friend. I feel very fortunate that he was referred to me as he proved to be a knowledgeable and good realtor. There was no questions he could not answer and was prompt in answering any questions. The whole sale process went so smoothly. Brian demonstrated excellence in marketing our home. Great pictures, arial view, etc. During the course of the sales process, we were frequently out of town and needed assistance with a number of things, including helping us with the inspection items. I enjoyed working with Brian and appreciated his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
