About Brian

Brian Golik, who works out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue-Main office, began his real estate career in 1996. Before entering the real estate field, he worked in finance and retail, giving him a strong basis in customer service, including attention to detail and responsiveness. In 2001, Brian’s wife, Kim Golik, joined him to form The Golik Group and the duo has worked together for nearly two decades.

The Golik’s bring nearly 40 years of combined experience to each transaction. The Golik’s love what they do and their knowledge and experience ensures their buyers and sellers are able to reach their home buying and selling goals. For The Golik Group, developing and nurturing strong relationships is at the center of their approach, and much of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Brian and Kim pride themselves on being professional, honest, results-oriented and fun!

The Golik Group often help clients buy and sell on the Eastside, specializing in residential resale as well as luxury new construction in Bellevue and Kirkland – representing Murray Franklyn, Design Built Homes and American Classic Homes. They also are members of John L. Scott’s relocation team, helping domestic and international clients make a move to or from the Seattle area.

When working with sellers, the Goliks’ favorite marketing strategies include face-to-face meetings and new listing kick-off weekend activities. They also aim to create and tell “the story” for each listing, which is done with a tailored combination of professional staging, excellent photography, top-notch videography and Matterport 3D photography.

Giving back is important to The Golik Group. With each transaction, the Goliks donate a portion of each sales transaction to support Seattle Children’s Hospital, through the John L. Scott Foundation. They host an annual holiday fundraiser at their office and support local food banks.
