First time homebuyer here. Worked with Brian and the whole experience was easy and straightforward. My wife and I could always get ahold of him if we needed to. He was willing to show us every house we wanted to see, and the list was long! When we found the right house in Waterford, this realtor was efficient communicating with all parties involved to make our offer, get the house inspected, set up closing, and all other parts of the transaction. Brian worked so hard for us finding the perfect home. Not only did he show us everything we asked to see he came up with amazing ideas on his own. Very patient and understanding. What sold me on Brian there was a dog locked in a yard. Looked sad and hungry. Brian went to his car took out his packed lunch and shared it with the poor dog.
