About Brian

?Before getting into real estate I spent 13 years with the Indiana National Guard and was in Atlanta in 1996 doing security during the Olympics. I also spent 17 years working for Mack Trucks and was parts manager for 2 dealerships. This is where I learned customer service is the key to lasting clients and hard work and dedication from the military. In my real estate career I have worked with first time buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial properties in the sales range from a $5,000 house to a $4.2M condo project and in 2017 I sold over 60 properties totaling over $3.5M. Our residential development company has worked with Brian Hackman for about 5 years. During this time Brian has been the listing agent for our remaining vacant lots, facilitated the new home approval processes, and been our liaison with the HOA among other things.
In short, Brian has been a pleasure to work with. His ability to cover the details, follow up with issues, and look ahead to possible problems has very been impressive. Without much experience with new home lot sales, Brian was a "explain it once, and done" person.
I have, and will continue to recommend Brian to friends, and family, as I have done in the past, and I look forward to working with Brian in the future when the need arises.
