BRIAN HARDYMAN

Brian Hardyman brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to all of his clients. With 20+ years of experience in selling homes, he has skills that enable him to quickly analyze and adjust to the current market conditions.

For four-plus years of his career, he focused on listing homes in Greenville County, SC, working primarily with sellers. Most recently and for the past five and a half years he has returned to his passion for working with both sellers and buyers.

He is a true expert in marketing and listing homes as well as working with buyers, selling over fifty million dollars in real estate in the last nine years. In 2013, he sold over seventy-one homes, averaging six per month. Through his past experience in interior design and furniture sales, he has built a foundation that sees the potential of homes and the ability to truly listen to his clients and serve them well.

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years, a 25-year-old daughter who is currently getting her master’s and Doctorate in Psychology at Wheaton University, and a son who is 22 years old and currently working full time and enjoys playing the bass guitar. They love taking camping trips and short vacations together. He is active in his church and enjoys serving where needed. While earning a living is important, his true passion is building lasting relationships with his clients and seeing them enjoy the experience of purchasing and owning a home.
