Brian Helmin

Brian Helmin grew up on a farm just outside of Foley, MN. After graduating, Brian worked for his parents landscaping business, and later moved into the construction industry; rough framing residential homes. He was then accepted to the McNally-Smith School of Music, where he received his associate’s degree while in pursuit of his passion for music. Brian spent the next decade playing in various bands in the Minneapolis area. After moving back to St. Cloud, he started up his first business; St. Cloud Music Academy, providing private music lessons to thousands of students over the past 12 years. Brian also owns Helmin Homes & Construction, a contracting company specializing in new residential homes and remodeling. His love of working in Real Estate finally pushed him to get his Realtor’s license, and now he also works with Premier Real Estate. In his spare times, Brian enjoys working out and volunteering at the St. Cloud Boxing & Wrestling Club.
