Could not have been any smoother! Even though we were only selling my mother-in-laws mobile home that was only worth $65k Brian accepted the challenge and treated it as if it was a million dollar home. Had it sold and closed within 5 weeks without a hitch, while there were like 15-20 other mobile homes in park, that have been for sale for 6-12 months or more, still sitting with for sale signs. Doesn’t get any better than Brian Jang!!! A+++++

Brian Jang is a joy to work with! He is professional, integral, and positively delightful! We had the pleasure of working with him on two separate occasions in the Sacramento area— both buying and selling property. It was because of the simplicity and satisfaction we received in the first buying experience that we reached out to Brian to help us with the selling process.

When buying, Brian was readily available to show us houses rain or shine, and in the season we were buying there were many more wet days than dry, but there he was greeting us with enthusiasm every time. He listened to our desires, concerns, and investment goals to get us the best property that met our family’s needs.

When selling, Brian went above and beyond in helping us prepare the property for sell, as we have four small children and had already relocated out of town two hours away. All paperwork (with an exception to the final that requires a notary) was requested and submitted electronically with ease.
