Brian was great to work with. Really listened to what I was looking for in a home. Very good at helping me look at the pros and cons of each place, without being pushy. Ended up having some problems with the seller. But Brian helped me navigate through those to a very happy conclusion. I would (and have) highly recommend.

Brian is an excellent realtor who is connected to all of his clients as well as the city he works in. Very generous with his time and information, regarding all aspects of the process of buying or selling a home. He knows Portland top to bottom and goes out of his way to get the job done. I found him to be very easy to work with and entirely enjoyable to spend time with. I recommend him to ANYONE looking for a home in the Portland market.

As a newcomer to Portland from out of state, I highly recommend Brian Johnson/Windermere.
He was patient and empathetic during all my indecision and nervousness moving from a large home in the suburbs to a small condo downtown.
Brian went *far above and beyond* to assist me in finding the right condo, working out a good deal with the seller and closed the deal super quickly.
He took charge in getting repairs and improvements done while I was out of state so the condo would be ready when I moved in.
He is so caring, reliable, and responsive.
I am so grateful to have had Brian Johnson instrumental in my smooth relocation and would absolutely use him again when I sell or buy.
