My agent Bryan Jones is one in a million. I was not easy to please. I had really no clue what I wanted other than a one floor with a basement and not a lot of steps. We saw so many, I kept saying no and saying sorry. He said no problem it's my job. But when we saw this house I knew. Thank you Bryan for all your help and advice. Especially on selling my old home. He advised me not to put my old home on the market till I found something. I am glad he did. We would if been without a home for more than 5 months, our house sold in 24 hours. Thank you again for all you did to help us find our forever home.

I've known Bryan for a very long time.When my husband and I wanted to sell but did not know which way to go. There is so much information on salling and buying a home. Bryan was right there to answer any question we had some time same question over and over. If he did not know the answer he went and found it out for us. In a timely manor at that. I interviewed Realtor Bryan Jones to sell my home in Bensalem. I found him to be affable, forthright, bright, honest and passionate about listing and selling real estate! Bryan went to work straight away and within two weeks and many showings, we had 3 very solid offers with two at listing price which is the highest price paid in our development - Evergreen.
We did have a glitch - a tree branch damaged the side of our house before settlement but Bryan worked diligently with the buyers and their realtor during the reconstruction. Settlement went very smoothly!
Therefore, after closely working with Bryan Jones, I highly recommend his services and consider him a friend.

I would highly recommend using Bryan Jones as your realtor. He was very aggressive in selling our home and getting a full price offer. We had an incident where our home was damaged in one of Bensalem's major storms. He had our backs the whole time and worked aggressively with the buyers and their agent to keep things moving during this period.. Fortunately, the house was repaired in time for settlement and the close proceeded without problems. He is very professional and he is also a good person. Again, I would highly recommended using him to sell your home.
