Brian was incredibly helpful with my homebuying process. As soon as I found houses that I wanted to see, Brian made sure that we were able to see them on days I was available. He even set up a system which would generate houses in the area I was searching for, with the requirements I was looking for. He was very thorough when we went to different locations, pointing out potential issues where I might not have noticed before, ensuring that I didn't end up somewhere that would be more trouble than it was worth. When we finally found my home, Brian made sure to ensure that all the issues I had were addressed and taken care of. Not only was Brian very professional, but also very personable and patient. I legit googled a realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and a first generation homebuyer, so my understanding was limited and my dreams were big. Brian had excellent reviews so I took the leap and called him. He did not disappoint! He walked me through the entire convoluted process with expert skill and knowledge. He's personable and down-to-earth. He's absolutely real with you at all times. And he endured my overblown expectations, paranoia, frustrations, and quirky personality with style and grace. The homebuying process can be intense and tedious. I felt like he had my back and my goals at heart through this entire process. He kept me encouraged and informed each step of the way, responded quick when I reached out, and worked around my ridiculous schedule to make it happen for me. I am so glad I found him and I highly recommend him for anyone who's buying a home, especially for the first time. He's a pro!

Mr. Brian Wilson was very helpful to my son and I as we made an out-of-state purchase and had no realtor contact in that area. He was very professional and communicated clearly about the steps needed in the process. He referred us to other trusted professionals involved in the real estate transaction to assist us in closing the deal.

I can’t compliment Brian enough on his assistance to us at that time
(especially since we were vulnerable and ignorant and out-of-state). He did not take advantage of us and he was very patient with our questions -taking time out of his day to help us through this process. I really, really respect Mr. Wilson and truly appreciate his service. The property was not a huge profit for him and the way he handled us little guys is a good indication of how professionally he will handle the big sale.

My final say: You can trust him and you will be satisfied with his service and character.

Brian has always been readily available for showings and questions. He is very knowledgeable in the home buying process and was a great asset throughout my entire process rather it be day or night . He will also educate you on exterior and interior issues of a home as soon as he sees it..Once you give him your price range and what’s important to you as a home buyer, he will instantly begin to send you homes that fits your needs...I also felt very secure and safe when looking at homes with him and he has followed all the Covid protocols while in the homes we visited...As I am a first time home buyer he has been there through every step from pre-approval to settlement!!!!!Thanks Wilson!!!

Brian Wilson is such a great exceptional man. Without this young man's help I would have never became the homeowner that I am today. He pays such great attention to details and will never allow you to purchase anything without his approval. I love the fact that Brian was available 24/7 no matter when or what to answer any questions that you'll ever have. When I need to buy another home, I’m looking Brian up! His humor and professionalism work hand in hand!! He taught me all I needed about buying a home and what to look for from the ground up! Other realtors don’t usually walk you through the home pointing out the beautiful work done AND the faulty work done. Brian does and he was very patient and thorough. He walks you through every step of the buying process. He works with your schedule to view homes and he made sure what I was looking for was what I was going to get! Can’t say enough good things about Brian .... Patience and fearless comes to mind. When I was ready and willing to walk away from several deals that I was interested in.... it was Brian that was willing to walk over 🔥 fire coals , or go above and beyond to accommodate.

One example was I wanted to purchase a home that had a squatter in it, instead of telling me the deal would be difficult to close , he let me see 1st hand the challenges involved , and since then would not walk down that rabbit hole again. ( him and I waited outside for over an hour for tenant to open door, when most realtors would have left). Last I’m sure I’m not the easiest client to deal with.... this will be our 3rd deal we are closing on... 7 more to go.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian on selling my family home. It was a very difficult time as I had just lost my mother only 9 months before, and the day I met with him, was her birthday. But he came prepared, was understanding and acted quickly to get the job done. It was an older home that needed some TLC, but we worked together to get the best for me and my sister. We walked away very happy. The experience was one I will never forget - in a good way. What you want is understanding and caring and not someone who is just about themselves. Brian was professional while being a voice of reason, a shoulder to lean on and he has become a great friend. If I had another home to sell, I'd hire him again.

He was responsive, professional, acted on my behalf in a timely manner and in many circumstances and actually encouraged me to move outside of my comfort zone and found me my dream home close to family and friends.
