Brian Kincaid

Brian grew up outside of southwest Michigan, until he was 12. His family moved to West Virginia when his father took over his family's company. He started working for his dad at 16 in the laboratory of a small agricultural chemical company. He attended the University of Kentucky, and eventually moved to Knoxville in 1999 to work for his family's company, Kincaid Inc. Their factory was located in Athens Tennessee. When they decided to shut the company down in 2010 he got his real estate license. He currently resides in Farragut Tennessee, a small suburban town nestled between Ft. Loudon Lake and Tellico Lake. Some of his hobbies include soccer, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and raising his three beautiful daughters. He also enjoys woodworking and he's currently working on his sailing certification.
