About Brian

My experience buying my own home and career as a CPA working in commercial real estate finance inspired me to become a residential real estate agent nearly 20 years ago. I’d personally bought and sold a few homes and it wasn’t long before I realized that I could offer home buyers and sellers far more value than most agents. With that in mind, I set out a number of principles that remain the foundation of my business today, which include:

•Understanding the unique market conditions of each neighborhood to give my clients knowledge to make an informed decision;
•Being readily available to provide my clients with hands-on guidance throughout the sales process;
•Being pro-active to anticipate my client’s information needs and to avoid any last minute surprises;
•Listening to my clients and focusing on their needs; and
•Exceeding expectations by offering top-notch, responsive service to a limited number of clients.

Offering sound advice and guidance on what is the most important financial and emotional transaction most us will have in our lives gives me great pride. It’s my aim to anticipate my client’s questions – pricing, timing, financing, terms – so that I’m ready with a clear and actionable response. Navigating contract contingencies and recognizing long-term home value has brought both my clients and me success.

Today, with over $150 million in sales behind me – and a long list of happy clients – I know my decision in 2002 to become an agent was the right one. What is it Mark Twain said, find a job that you enjoy doing and you’ll never work a day in your life? I found it, and hope to put my talents and ambition to work for you.

Brian assisted us with the sale of our home in the Clarendon/Courthouse area. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and market, and ensured we made our home competitive. We had a great experience with Brian and would use him again.

Brian helped us search for and purchase our downsizing condo. He showed us several properties and was super supportive in guiding us, but not telling us. He's highly experienced and knows the market extensively. Brian is the best.
