Brian Kwasny

A North County native, Brian Kwasny has been a top real estate agent in San Diego for more than 17 years. He understands the nuances of negotiations, and working hard for his clients’ best interests is his number one priority. It is these qualities that have earned Brian respect from clients and colleagues in the industry. Most of Brian’s clients are referral-based.

Brian studied Hotel Management at University of Santa Barbara, and took that knowledge to market and manage the family resort in Fiji. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2000, he worked for an international commercial real estate brokerage firm. In 2004, Brian became a licensed Real Estate broker and established a successful residential real estate brokerage company in Solana Beach.

Brian currently lives in beautiful Solana Beach, where he enjoys surfing and playing beach volleyball. He loves being part of the community where his family and friends live, and loves to travel to different parts of the world. He does volunteer work for the Loloma Foundation, which brings medical support to remote parts of Fiji.
