Brian Lammers

Brian Lammers has been involved in real estate since 1999 and has had his real estate sales license since the spring of 2007. He enjoys working in all areas of real estate but specializes in new construction homes and commercial property.

Brian has lived in the Dubuque area his entire life and also has designed and managed 2 residential subdivision and a commercial park.

He works with numerous residential builders that build homes from $190,000 up to $500,000. Most of their new construction at present is in the Clay Ridge and Carver Heights subdivisions in Asbury where they usually have at around 10 different homes under construction at any given time.

When it comes to commercial Brian usually has lots and new buildings available mostly in the Seippel Road/Industrial park west area.
