Brian is a great real estate agent! We had multiple obstacles in our homebuying process in Reno and he was there to help us through our issues. There were unanticipated inspection issues with the first house we made an offer on, so we had to move away from that offer. Brian showed us more houses and we made an offer on a second house, but we were outbid. The third house was a charm and Brian helped us through the inspection and buying process with this house. And there were several issues…..but we were determined to get the house and Brian was there to help!

Brian is incredibly responsive! He answers his text messages within minutes and took us to see houses and met with the inspectors in no time. He was there for us…… he even shoveled the snow from the driveway so we could move in.

Not only is Brian and nice guy but he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and clearly has good relationships with others such as as the various inspectors we needed. We would definitely recommend Brian!
