A Real Trusted Advisor . It's hard to put into words how much I appreciate what Brian did for me this year. I found myself in a very challenging position with a need to relocate my family quickly.

Brian had previously helped me move from the City of Chicago to Michigan and our experience with him was excellent. I called Brian again during a time of tremendous uncertainty and he was there every step of the way as a trusted advisor and a friend as I navigated my second major relocation in under 3 years.

Brian has no problem going above and beyond for his clients and will often times help in ways that have nothing to do with his job description. I believe that this type of customer service is very rare these days and finding someone who authentically cares is worth it's weight in gold. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the market and has a knack for understanding industry trends, when new homes will go on the market in specific areas before the listing is officially posted, etc. If you are looking to buy or sell a home and want the absolute best representing you, choose to work with Brian LeBoeuf!

Out of State Move Made Easy. Brian reached out after I had indicated interest in a home in Chelsea. We were not ready to purchase at that time but agreed to stay in touch. He took notes on what we were interested in and as promised stayed in touch. When we decided to make the move, we reached out to him, and he was able to free up his time immediately and assist us with finding a home. He has been great with follow up and assisting with other things outside the scope of selling us a home. I would highly recommend Brian to assist with your next home purchase.

We can not recommend Brian highly enough! He was patient (and adventurous!) with us as he got to know our style and preferences during our house hunt. While Brian is very down to earth, he is also extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process and we always felt he had our best interests at heart. Brian was very helpful in helping me purchase my new home. We looked at different homes in the beginning to figure out what I was looking for in a home. Once we astablished that he pretty much new what I was looking for. Even after losing out on four different homes he kept his promise to have me in a house by September and by June I have my house and it was exactly what I was looking for without getting into bidding wars. He kept me going even after I wanted to quit. Just wanted to say thanks Brian for keeping me going in this crazy housing market. So I highly recommend him if you need help looking for a home.
