Brian Lewis

Brian grew up in Malverne and attended Malverne grammar schools. Brian went on to attended Kellenberg Memorial High School and later went on to graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Engineering. Brian married his high school sweetheart and they have 6 children. He resides in Malverne along with many members of his extended family. Brian is very active in the community with twenty years of service in the Malverne Police Reserve, currently as acting Deputy Inspector. Brian has been past recognized as the Police Reserve Volunteer of the year. Brian also serves as a volunteer board member of the nonprofit Nassau Land Trust which operates Crossroads Farm. He was recently recognized as a Malverne West Hempstead Herald Person of the Year for 2015. Brian was additionally recognized in 2016 as a Town of Hempstead Make a Difference Award recipient for his volunteer work in the community. He was further recognized in 2016 by Woodmenlife with the 2016 Community Leadership Award. Brian and his family collects over 1500 lbs. of food annually for the Our Lady of Lourdes food pantry. Brian constantly strives to help make his community a better place.

Brian has been involved in the real estate industry for well over 15 years, personally investing in rehab and rental properties both residential and commercial along with property development from Brooklyn to the Hamptons. He has purchased/rehabbed/built/sold many houses with over a dozen in Malverne alone. He also owns and manages investment properties in North Carolina and Upstate New York. Unlike many other agents, Brian personally knows what you go through as a buyer or seller. He has been there many times. He can lead you through the process as easily as possible constantly working to make it a positive experience. Many of Brian's clients have become personal friends. Brian is also a HVAC contractor so his expertise in contracting is a benefit to his clients as well when selling or buying a home. He can offer insight as to costs to potentially expect and help you envision what a home could be. Brian is a great negotiator and makes deals happen. He is also a huge fan of technology and available to his clients 24/7.
