I would recommend Brian. Brian was very responsive to all questions. Brian spent time to explain how the process worked and helped us with any questions we had with the paperwork. It has been 20 years since I last did this so I did appreciate the time he spent with us. We initially worked with a different individual and we did not have a good experience (lost a house I wanted to bid on, no bid was sent). That ended with me texting that I lost confidence in that person. Brian was always available and I feel like I met a new life long friend!
