Brian Malmquist

Brian has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois since 2012. Where he excelled at one of Chicago's largest brokerages.

Growing up in the Chicagoland area gives Brian an intimate knowledge of the local markets where he specializes. His love for the city opens options for homebuyers to locate their dream home in locations they may have not known or considered. Brian's straightforward and professional approach leaves his clients with a sense of peace during the real estate process, whether buying or selling their home.

Brian has sold all over the city, however, he specializes in the north side of the city as well as the north shore suburbs as far west as Barrington.

Brian also has a passion for education. He studied and Selling Management at Purdue University, and previously had a career working with children with special needs in Wilmette.
