Brian Maude

Brian Maude motto of “client always comes first” and has helped him build a successful family-owned real estate development company. Active in both residential and commercial properties for many years, he has contracted, developed, marketed and negotiated $98,000,000 in successful real estate sales in a wide variety of properties. He is a resident of Barrington since the second grade, he started out his real estate career at a small boutique residential firm in downtown Barrington. From there he went on to remodel, design and build several homes in the area. Later, he rose to become the Vice President of construction at a commercial general contracting company that was the exclusive contractor for all of Exxon Mobil Oil Corporations work in three states. His next phase of personal growth was developing Walgreens pharmacy stores in four states. It was in that position that he honed his negotiating skills with Fortune 100 real estate managers.
