My husband and I decided it was finally time to look for a place to call our own after living in Austin for 6 years. Brian O'Connor was recommended to me by a friend. Brian put together a great presentation and spent time asking us what we want, we knew nothing as first time buyers. We immediately felt confident in his knowledge. And then covid happened, with all the uncertainties we put our house hunting on hold. Brian was very understanding and periodically checked in on us but gave us ample space to make the decision whether we were ready to resume our search. In early November, we were ready. Brian again set up another call to see if our needs had changed, which they had since we were both working from home due to covid. Once we found the place we loved, he was so quick to draft up the offer letter and worked very closely with the seller's realtor. Brian gave us daily updates through the closing process. We never felt unheard or rushed or ignored. A month after we moved in, Brian checked in on us to make sure we were settling in and happy! What more can I say? Brian is amazing!!
