Brian Phillips is an award winning New York City real estate broker with nearly three decades of experience and 19 years at Douglas Elliman. Specializing in Upper Manhattan including Morningside Heights, Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Hudson Heights, and Inwood, he advises buyers and sellers across Manhattan, the Bronx, and Riverdale, while extending his reach into Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. A recognized leader in the industry, Brian has served on numerous committees and boards, including REBNY’s Education and Residential Brokerage Membership Committees and HGAR’s Professional Standards, Fair Housing, Global Business Council, Bronx Advisory Board, and Commercial Investment Division Committees. He served for 6 consecutive years as Co Chair of REBNY’s Upper Manhattan Committee, is a Board Director at the New York State Association of REALTORS, and served as the 2025 President of the New York State Residential Real Estate Council.

His commitment to advocacy is reflected in his role as past Chair of the NYC Issues Working Group within NYSAR’s Legislative Steering Committee and as a Major Investor in the Realtor Political Action Committee, contributing to housing policy at the state level.

Brian holds more than a dozen National Association of REALTORS designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), NAR’s highest credential, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional excellence.
