Brian a was a consummate professional and very easy to work with. He drove us all over north Georgia for 3 straight weekends until we found our dream farm. Mr. Powell came in highly recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. He is highly anticipatory in his approach and he combines this characteristic with his vast knowledge of the local market to deliver great results. The market was a sellers market and the demand was huge and yet Mr. Powell was able to find us the house we were looking for in a great location. He then proceeded to help us negotiate a sweet deal and he helped us all the way through closing. You can never go wrong with a realtor like Mr. Powell.
