Brian has sold over $130 million in residential sales by selling almost 300 homes - all with Keller Williams Realty - Temecula Valley. Since 2007, Brian has resided in the Temecula Valley with his wife, Laura. Today, they share a mutual love for this area, along with their two daughters, Lana & Ava. Throughout his 10-year career in residential real estate, he has excelled in marketing, leasing, and sales. Brian holds a CA Broker's License and maintains the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) e-PRO and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations. During Brian's 6-year tenure with McKee Asset Management in Coronado, he interfaced extensively with contractors and homeowners to ensure each home or complex was being properly maintained and operated at full capacity with responsible tenants. He was concurrently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's entire management portfolio of over five hundred units, even sitting in on HOA board meetings as a proxy if necessary. This difficult dynamic was instrumental in developing his unique expertise of residential leasing. This ultimately translated in an ability to provide guidance and strategies amidst for homeowners during his client’s transactions.
