About Brian

A life-long resident of eastern Iowa, Brian came to the Skogman Commercial Realty in 2009 with over 20 years of client focused business and sales experience. Brian's commercial real estate career began in 2005 as a property manager for a private commercial real estate group with holdings in Iowa, Illinois, Arizona, North Carolina, and Louisiana. Brian was licensed in Iowa to sell real estate in 2009 and designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2012. During his career, Brian has been involved with many facets of the commercial real estate field including land and building sales, investment property sales, redevelopment and leasing. Brian has had the good fortune to work with both national and local clients such as J. Rettenmaier USA, Wells Fargo Bank NA, Edward Jones, CRST International, ITC Midwest, Casey’s Convenience Store, City of Marion-IA, The MedQuarter, ICAN Inc., Schultz Strings, Fong’s Pizza, Area Ambulance Service and Hard Drive Performance Center.
