Brian did an incredible job for us. My parent’s home was built in the early 90’s and needed significant upgrades. Brian understood the likely market for the home and all of its positive features. He helped us to get the home on the market quickly. He recognized our needs and provided teams to do some landscaping and thoroughly clean the house. When we ran into trouble moving heavy furniture from the second floor and when a charity took far fewer items than expected, Brian provided a crew to finish the clean-out. My husband and I had the best experience with Brian as our agent. With our previous home purchase, we had a bad experience with our agent (unknowledgeable, unresponsive, etc.), which made us skeptical of the quality of services we would receive in the future. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brian Saver. Brian helped me get into a rental and made the process infinitely easier. I had no idea how helpful a realtor could be with a rental. When we showed up to get the keys, Brian was leaving the property with a vacuum cleaner. He vacuumed it before we showed up! When he learned the property needed a deep cleaning and few repairs, he immediately called his contacts and had it taken care of before we moved in.
