Brian did an incredible job for us. My parent’s home was built in the early 90’s and needed significant upgrades. Brian understood the likely market for the home and all of its positive features. He helped us to get the home on the market quickly. He recognized our needs and provided teams to do some landscaping and thoroughly clean the house. When we ran into trouble moving heavy furniture from the second floor and when a charity took far fewer items than expected, Brian provided a crew to finish the clean-out. His marketing resulted in 40 showings and 17 families at the open house. The home received 7 offers and sold in 4 days. Brian even checked on the house periodically up until closing. My husband and I had the best experience with Brian as our agent. With our previous home purchase, we had a bad experience with our agent (unknowledgeable, unresponsive, etc.), which made us skeptical of the quality of services we would receive in the future. Brian made all of those fears go away. Not only was he insanely knowledgeable about the Maple Lawn area and construction of the homes, he was also extremely attentive—driving us around town, showing us the amenities, answering texts and calls, etc. His company even offers a free moving truck rental with the purchase of the home, which saved us a ton! Both my husband and I are very busy with work and family and had zero time to invest in preparing our house for sale. It was initially in the market for a few weeks with a different agent, but didn't receive an offer it deserved. His real estate commission was very fair plus he took care of everything from the beginning to the end, without taking any of our time, not even a single phone call for coordination of all the contractors. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brian Saver. Brian helped me get into a rental and made the process infinitely easier. I had no idea how helpful a realtor could be with a rental. When we showed up to get the keys, Brian was leaving the property with a vacuum cleaner. He vacuumed it before we showed up! When he learned the property needed a deep cleaning and few repairs, he immediately called his contacts and had it taken care of before we moved in.
