This was my first time purchasing investment property. The deal was relatively small as these transactions go. Brian treated me no differently than I would have expected for a deal 10X the price. He knew the area, understood my needs. Most of all he was very responsive. If I had a question, he had the answer promptly. He didn't waste my time showing me properties that wouldn't fit. When a property we viewed wasn't a good fit he was good about pointing out the things that I might have missed. I read his reviews before I engaged with him and wondered "Cmon is anyone that good" the answer is a definitive yes. Also worth noting the other vendors he referred me to (mortgage broker, handyman etc) have all been stellar as well. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Brian did an incredible job for us. My parent’s home was built in the early 90’s and needed significant upgrades. Brian understood the likely market for the home and all of its positive features. He helped us to get the home on the market quickly. He recognized our needs and provided teams to do some landscaping and thoroughly clean the house. He helped us sell our townhouse even before it went on the market! It sold the morning of day it went on market! It was really nice having small kids around to not need to worry about showings and already have it sold. He definitely is best in Maple Lawn MD! Highly recommend! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brian Saver. Brian helped me get into a rental and made the process infinitely easier. I had no idea how helpful a realtor could be with a rental. When we showed up to get the keys, Brian was leaving the property with a vacuum cleaner. He vacuumed it before we showed up! When he learned the property needed a deep cleaning and few repairs, he immediately called his contacts and had it taken care of before we moved in. He even came over after hours to help with the hot water heater when we couldn't figure it out. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond.

Working with Brian Saver to sell my condo and buy a new home was a 5-star experience all around. Thanks to his efforts, there were multiple offers in the first weekend it was listed. When buyers fell through, Brian had other buyers lined up. Brian handled every issue expertly and effectively, and my condo sold for above asking price. He worked with me to find a new construction townhome that perfectly fit my needs, and assisted me throughout the buying process.

I cannot recommend Brian enough! He made the relocation process so easy and painless for my family. He simultaneously listed our home and assisted us in finding a new one (we needed to upgrade). He understood exactly what we wanted because he actively listened to our needs. He only showed us properties that were worth our time. Additionally, he got us top dollar for the home we sold and closed very quickly. The transition from one home to another was smooth and painless...even during a pandemic!
