My name is Brian Schwartz. I am a new Realtor with Century 21 New Heritage, Hampshire IL. By becoming a Realtor with Century 21 New Heritage, I join a team of over 60 experts in the real estate industry.
Most of my career has been spent working in the automotive industry where I worked over 35 years for one dealer group. I started at the dealer group while in high school working as a porter, then spent many years in vehicle sales which included product demonstrations and price negotiation. After sales, my focus changed to customer relations and customer satisfaction for the dealer group. During my last 20 years at the dealer group, I primarily provided oversight to the Service and Parts departments at two locations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
About 10 years ago, my wife and I began to purchase and renovate real estate. We had a great Realtor who helped us with this, but he and his family recently moved out of state. With the departure of our trusted Realtor, as my wife and I did some reevaluation, I realized that real estate had become a passion of mine, and with her encouragement, I began the process of becoming a Realtor myself. As I learned more about being a Realtor, I was encouraged that many of my strengths and experiences directly applied to the real estate industry, most especially my excellent customer satisfaction skills.
It is a passion of mine to partner with people and overcome obstacles in order to achieve a great result. It brings me great satisfaction to work with my clients to sell their properties and to help them find the homes of their dreams. I've spent my career helping people solve problems and keeping them happy, and I think that this will translate well as I embark on this journey as a Realtor.
In my spare time, another passion of mine is being a volunteer Foster Puppy Raiser for the non-profit assistance dog organization Paws With a Cause ( www.pausewithacause.org ) out of Wayland, Michigan.
