I highly recommend Brian Smith. He worked with my siblings and myself to sell our parent's house. Brian was excellent and always so polite and respectful. From the first walk through until the closing he stayed in touch and kept us updated with any new information. He worked hard to cement the deal with the buyer. He also checked in even when he didn't have anything new to share. It was a pleasure working with Brian and his team and I would definitely use him again.

Brian is an absolute amazing Realtor. I found my home in Burlington Township online at 10:00 pm at night and called Brian to put in an offer sight unseen. Brian was available day or night with always the same awesome personality. Brian also helped me sell my home when I moved from New Jersey to Vegas and was able help not only sell the home in a couple days,but also to get me over asking. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Brian Smith! Recently I was put in the position of selling the family home after the passing of my Mother. I was given Brian's name from my attorney and immediately knew I was in good hands.
He is very knowledgable and professional in what he does..sell homes!!!
He had a very clever pricing strategy to attract a larger range of "lookers" and I was impressed by the offers that immediately started coming in.
I am from out of state and left Brian completely in charge. My Mother's house sold in a matter of weeks for above the asking price.
Brian took care of every detail through the process and made it seem effortless.
I highly recommend Brian Smith if you're looking for a real estate professional....he will not disappoint!

There are not enough good things that I can say about working with Brian Smith and his team at Berkshire Hathaway. Brian was extremely detailed and patient, taking care of my grandmother’s every needs in getting through the process of selling her house.
You really won’t find a better realtor in NJ. Brian is the best because he loves what he does and works tirelessly to take care of his clients. We really couldn’t be happier.

Brian Smith was our agent on our first home purchase and now our second! The second being during the most difficult time for buyers to find something in this crazy market! After months of searching for homes and several offers being rejected with other agents Brian showed us ONE home, helped us put in a reasonable offer, and landed us our dream home in less then two months! If I could give this review more then 5 stars I would! Hopefully we won’t be relocating again for a while but if we do …. We will def be using him again!

Brian Smith is the BEST, most patient realtor I've ever worked with. We sold our home in 2016 in record time (offer accepted in 3 days, over asking!) and began the long task of finding a new one. He patiently dealt with my husband and I as we fell in love with houses only for something beyond our control to go wrong. He played referee when my husband and I couldn't compromise on certain things and helped us see the bigger picture. We were never shown properties that had nothing to do with our wants or budget and he was open and honest about each home we toured. There was no sugar-coating and we never felt pressured to bid on anything that didn't suit us. When we finally found our home, Brian was there for every step of the way! Since then he's helped many of our friends and family sell and purchase their homes too. I cannot recommend him enough!
