Brian listed and sold our home in Denver (Sloans Lake - Highlands area). We could not have been happier with the job that he did. He provided great advice in the preparation phase so that our home showed well. And his marketing plan must have been incredible because we had nonstop showings on the opening weekend. He eventually got us multiple offers and then helped us navigate that situation to identify the best buyer for us.

Overall, three things stood out to me about Brian: 1) He gave absolutely expert advice for each decision we had to make, 2) He was incredibly accessible and easy to talk with through the whole process and 3) He made an inherently stressful process seem simple.

I hope I don’t have to sell a house again for a while, but if I do, I’ll only call Brian from Urban Pine

Brian helped my husband and I find a place in Denver when we lived all of the way in Hawaii (yes hard to move from tropical paradise)! He was always available and responsive and kept sending us options that would fit us the best! Definitely recommend Brian and will use him for future purchases!

He not only found us upstanding tenants through his marketing and review process, but he is also on point on solving any issues that come up with the property. He's very responsive and very prompt with getting you the tenant's payment at the first of each month.
