Brian is not only an wonderful agent, but he is also a wonderful person. He made the process of listing and selling my father’s house very smooth. From the very beginning, Brian created a positive working relationship with my brother and me and because of that we also gained a friend in him. Kristi Montgomery was absolutely awesome from start to finish. Moving from out of state, we had a limited (and quick) time frame, and Kristi made sure she was available to make it happen!! She executed everything efficiently and professionally and answered every question I had throughout the entire buying process. Moving long distance and buying a home can be quite stressful, but Kristi helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend her!

Brian Wacnik is THE MAN. As a lender, I work with a lot of really good, professional, and knowledgeable realtors and this guy is special. He sees every aspect of the deal and is always two steps ahead of the game. He comes up with solutions to problems before anyone else realizes it’s going to be a problem down the road.

But if you’re reading this trying to figure out if he’s the guy to go with, it’s probably because you’ve never talked to him. Call him... Anyone who has a conversation with Brian about their real estate plans always want him on their team when it’s time for the rubber to hit the road and do business.

Brian was the listing Realtor on a sale we both worked together on. I was the selling Realtor. I've been a Broker for 38 years and one of the first things I do in a co-broker situation is assess the other sales professional for his or her strengths and weaknesses. Will I need to do part of their job or are they up to the task. From the first few minutes I spent talking with Brian I could tell he was capable and had a "Can Do" approach to business. Without going into detail, this was the longest time from contract to closing I have ever seen on what should have been a 30 day sale. Yes, we were in the middle of a pandemic. Yes, there were issues with the title. Yes, there were issues with the home. Over the course of 5 months, Brian & I worked to fulfill the buyer's and seller's goal.
