Brian gave my search for property in Paducah what felt like priority attention, sending availability updates and completing initial research on a number of options very quickly.
Once a suitable property was identified, Brian jumped in to help with all the due diligence in order to get an offer made in one business day. The support and information that was needed to get the offer submitted was extensive and Brian was on top of every detail.
Brain went out of his way to help locate contractors for needed updates and renovations and the people he found were some of the most reliable I have ever worked with. Brian even helped relay communications between myself and the contractors since I was out of town. This was well beyond the amount of involvement I have experienced with other relators.
Brian took me through the closing process smoothly and without issue and contined his service by ensuring access to local utility services and following up through our move-in.

Brian is the real deal. We were lucky enough to stumble upon him when calling about a house that he had listed. He stuck with us throughout the looking process after that call even though we had never met or knew each other. Brian genuinely cares about his clients and wants to get them into a solid house that they will love and fits their needs. My fiancée and I were first time homebuyers and he made the whole process less intimidating and explained everything to us. I would recommend him to anyone that I know and when the times comes we will be using him again.

So Brian was referred to us by our Tennessee realtor who was selling our Chattanooga house. From the start Brian was great, up front with everything. He undeniably knew the business and the area we wanted to move too. From every home we viewed to closing he was professional, respectful and beyond helpful. We honestly put Brian through hell to buy our second property here in Paducah. We called him during his beach vacation, bothered him at dinner, and no matter what, he kept pushing. Even through a ton appraisal and finance nightmares, he was always there and seemed happy to help. I would say he is almost perfect. His only flaw, he refuses to pronounce Llama the right way. Besides this single flaw, you have someone in your corner when you work with Brian. All the way through. Thank you sir!
