Brianne Lawrence has been in the Real Estate industry since 2000. During this time, she has worked with small, medium, and large-sized companies in their leadership divisions. The one thing that has remained consistent is her drive to help others succeed in our ever-changing industry. She is a big believer in education and lifelong learning. This helps her be the best Realtor® she can be. Real Estate is a very fast-changing business, so it’s imperative to stay on top of the changes, not only in the marketplace but in the rules and paperwork.

She also is passionate about being active in the community and spending as much time as possible with our youth. She can honestly say she loves what she does and is looking forward to the upcoming years and the element of “change”. So, what does all this mean for you – a home buyer or seller? It means that she’s worked hard to understand all the ins and outs of the real estate business and she’s anxious to share it all with you! Because of her experience, she is well-positioned to help you find the best deal out there.

She’s looking forward to meeting you and guiding you through the process! She has the privilege of serving on the Board of Realtors for the St. Paul Association of Realtors. This allows her invaluable connections to others in the industry as well as insights into trends currently happening in the greater Minneapolis & St. Paul metro area. In 2020, she was given the Rising Star Award. It is presented to one association member annually, who has demonstrated excellence and is on the rise in the Real Estate industry.

Recipients have shown advancing leadership skills and involvement in association groups and committees. Needless to say, she is very humbled and grateful! Outside of working, you’ll find her with her son. Together they enjoy spending time with their family and friends and being outside trying out her gardening skills!
